Is there a dial-in phone number?

No. You will need to listen to the audio using the sound from your computer via headphones or your computer’s speakers.

 

Will I get CE credits for viewing a webinar?

Quorum webinars are pre-approved for 1.0 contact hours towards PRIM&R’s Certified IRB Professional (CIP) program, and for 1.0 contact hours on applications for Maintenance of ACRP’s CCRC®, CCRA®, CCTI® or CPI® certification designations.

If you would like to obtain CE credits for a different credential, please check with your professional organization to determine if our webinars meet their continuing education requirements. Information for CE credits for SOCRA can be found here.

 

Will the webinar be available for on-demand viewing?

Yes. The webinar will be available for on-demand viewing a few days after the broadcast date and the on demand version is also eligible for CEU credits. You must register for and watch the on-demand webinar in its entirety to receive a certificate of attendance.

 

Are there any special hardware or software requirements?

To join the webinar you will need an internet connection and sound from your computer. Webinars can be accessed on either PCs or MACs. No special software is required. See next section for minimum system requirements.

 

I need a certificate of attendance. How do I get one?

To receive a certificate, you must watch the webinar in its entirety and complete the survey at the end of the webinar. After you’ve completed the survey, you’ll receive your certificate via email with your name printed on it.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader on your PC or smart device in order to view and print the certificate. If you don’t have Adobe Reader, a free download is available here.

 

How do I access the webinar?

Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive the webinar log-in link. The link will be sent via reminder emails 24h and 1h before the webinar. At the date and time of the webinar, log into the URL provided. If you have problems accessing the webcast or experience audio issues, contact the Technical Support Center at (888) 204-5477.

Operating system: Windows 10, Windows 8.1+ Pro, Windows 7, Andriod 4.4+, Apple Mac OS X 10.10+, or Apple iOS 9+

Internet browser: Internet Explorer 11+, Firefox 51+, Safari 9+ (Mac and iOS devices only), or Google Chrome 55+

Can my organization attend the webinar as a group?

Yes, however, any staff requiring a certificate of attendance must register for and watch the webinar in its entirety. Our webinar system uses the participant’s name that is collected during the registration process to print the individual’s name on the certificate.
